Dr. Danita Duhart is the FDLRS-South Project Manager. She serves as the Executive Director of Exceptional Student Education within the Department of Exceptional Student Education. Dr. Duhart holds a Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D.) in Education Leadership, Policy and Change. Her educational pursuits have resulted in a master’s of Philosophy in Education, a second master’s of Mathematics Education with a concentration in Educational Leadership, and bachelor’s in Management of Information Systems and Management. Dr. Duhart has served the public for more than 30 years. The majority of her career has been in administration as a district executive director, former principal and assistant principal. She also served as a middle school general education and special education mathematics teacher. She is a wife, mother, grandmother and a former foster parent.
Dr. Duhart uses her experiences and abilities to assist families and children to reach their full potential. Her desire is to impact a generation through each act of service.
